About Spinal Flow
Our bodies were designed for simpler and gentler times. Our lives are busy, many of us constantly connected to the outer world. This brings stress to our bodies. We experience chemical stress through additives in our food, and chemicals in the food chain, water and air. We experience emotional stress through access to world news and our own life experiences. And we experience physical stress through injuries, strains and repetition. Unable to deal with so much stress at once, our brains store it in the back of our minds - the spine or central nervous system. Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive healing modality that works directly with the central nervous system, restoring ease and flow to the spine. The body regains wellness and mobility, restoring a healthy and harmonious body, mind and spirit.

Ellie Andalis, from Spinal Flow Cobargo is a certified Spinal Flow practitioner and an Association Member of Spinal Flow®️, having studied with Dr Carli Axford. She offers appointments from 8am - 4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Some appointments available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those with chronic conditions.
